To meet our clients' diverse and high-precision needs for environmental simulation, we have launched a special environment chamber solution, providing comprehensive and customized services.
【Program Objectives】
We have created modular, intelligent, safe and reliable special environment chambers that can accurately simulate environments such as high temperature, low temperature, high pressure, low pressure, high humidity, low humidity, strong radiation, and special gas atmospheres. [Plan Details]
(I) Cabin Structure
Material: High-strength, corrosion-resistant aerospace aluminum alloy is selected, combined with multi-layer heat insulation and sealing materials to ensure that the cabin is sturdy and durable, effectively maintain the special internal environment, and reduce energy consumption.
Layout: The cabin space is customized according to needs, equipped with flexible sample placement racks and experimental operation platforms; it has a large observation window made of high-strength explosion-proof glass, which facilitates real-time observation of the experimental process; it is equipped with a safety door with multiple locking and emergency opening devices to ensure the safety of personnel entering and exiting.
(ii) Environmental simulation system
1. Temperature and humidity control
- Cooling and heating: It adopts a cascade refrigeration system and high-efficiency electric heating elements, with a temperature range of -150℃ to +500℃, and the heating and cooling rate is controllable with an accuracy of ±0.5℃.
- Humidity control : Through ultrasonic humidification and condensation dehumidification technology, the humidity control range is 5% - 98%RH, with an accuracy of ±3%RH.
2. Pressure Simulation
- High pressure: Equipped with a multi-stage booster pump, it can simulate high pressure environments from 0.1MPa to 100MPa. It adopts a high-precision pressure sensor and intelligent pressure regulating valve to ensure stable pressure.
- Low pressure: Utilizes a vacuum pump unit to achieve low pressure simulation of 10-100kPa, and has vacuum monitoring and leakage detection functions.
3. Radiation Simulation
- Ultraviolet light : Installing ultraviolet lamps of different wavelengths can simulate ultraviolet radiation in natural sunlight, and the intensity is continuously adjustable.
- Ionizing radiation : Equipped with X-ray and gamma-ray sources, and with shielding and collimation devices, the radiation dose and range can be precisely controlled to meet the needs of material irradiation and biological effect research.
4. Gas Atmosphere Simulation
- Gas Mixing: Equipped with a multi-channel gas flow controller, it can accurately mix multiple gases in proportion to simulate special atmospheres such as oxygen-rich, oxygen-deficient, and corrosive gases.
- Gas purification: Adsorption, catalysis and other purification technologies are used to ensure the purity of the gas in the chamber and meet the stringent requirements for the content of gas impurities.
(III) Intelligent Control System
1. User interface: Equipped with an industrial-grade touch screen, the user interface is simple and intuitive, and experimental programs can be preset to achieve one-click start and automated operation.
2. Data monitoring: Real-time collection and display of parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, radiation intensity, and gas concentration inside the cabin, with data storage and curve plotting functions for convenient data analysis.
3. Remote monitoring: Supports Wi-Fi and 4G/5G network connections, allowing users to remotely monitor and operate via mobile APP or computer client, enabling unattended experiments.
(iv) Security
Alarm system: Equipped with multiple alarm sensors for over-temperature, over-pressure, leakage, gas leakage, etc. In case of any abnormality, it will immediately issue an audible and visual alarm and automatically execute emergency measures.
Protective equipment: The exterior of the cabin is equipped with grounding protection and overcurrent protection; the interior is equipped with an emergency stop button, emergency lighting, and ventilation system to ensure personnel safety.
