【Product Overview】

Cryogenic gas equipment is a set of professional complete equipment specially used for storing, transporting, vaporizing and processing cryogenic gases with temperatures below -100℃. It can be adapted to various cryogenic media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid hydrogen, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

【Core Features】

Ultra-low Temperature Resistance Performance: Core components are made of low-temperature resistant materials such as 304/316L stainless steel and 5083 aluminum alloy, which can stably withstand extreme low temperatures for a long time: -196℃ (boiling point of liquid nitrogen/liquid oxygen) to -253℃ (boiling point of liquid hydrogen), effectively avoiding low-temperature embrittlement and cracking of materials.
Efficient Thermal Insulation Design: Adopts the basic structure of 'vacuum interlayer + multi-layer thermal insulation materials (glass fiber, aluminum foil composite film)'. High-end equipment is additionally filled with perlite for thermal insulation, with a cold loss rate as low as below 0.5% per day. It can not only maintain the internal low-temperature state but also reduce energy loss.
Comprehensive Safety Protection: Standard configuration includes pressure safety valve, emergency shut-off valve, low-temperature liquid level gauge, temperature sensor, and pressure transmitter, which can real-time monitor operating parameters. When the pressure is overpressure or the temperature is abnormal, it will automatically relieve pressure/alarm to avoid safety risks.
